  • 1978 –  Key Tronic recognized as #1 keyboard producer in the world
  • 1983 –  Initial public stock offering on NASDAQ (KTCC)
  • 1993 –  Purchased Mexico manufacturing of Honeywell Keyboards Division
  • 1995 –  Achieved highest keyboard annual revenue of $207M
  • 1998 –  Awarded first electronic manufacturing services business by Qualcomm
  • 1999 –  Started manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China
  • 1999 –  Decided to become a full service electronic manufacturing services provider
  • 2001 –  Electronic manufacturing services revenue exceeds keyboard revenue
  • 2013 –  Added in-house precision metal stamping fabrication and finishing by purchasing Sabre Manufacturing
  • 2014 –  Acquired CDR Manufacturing (Ayrshire Electronics)
