Keytronic’s Juarez operations, established in 1984, have grown into a massive manufacturing hub with eight facilities totaling 899,000 square feet and employing 2,615 people. This location provides full-service PCBA, plastics, metals, and final assembly operations, featuring 10 SMT lines, plastic injection and blow molding, metal fabrication and stamping, powder coating, and warehousing. Juarez also offers configure-to-order (CTO) services, clean room environments, and advanced planning and capacity simulations. With a 99.5% inventory accuracy rate and a low employee turnover due to aggressive retention programs, Juarez is one of Keytronic’s largest and most advanced manufacturing centers.
