The Shanghai, China facility now serves as an International Purchasing Organization (IPO), playing a key role in supporting material procurement across all company facilities. The team includes dedicated buyers who manage global sourcing and supply chain coordination, Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) who regularly visit both new and existing suppliers to ensure quality and compliance standards are met, and on-site project managers who assist with customer communication, project oversight, and day-to-day management support. Together, the Shanghai team strengthens supplier relationships, improves purchasing efficiency, and enhances customer collaboration on a global scale.
